Business Meetings: With an open dining and living area, enjoy a lakeside view for indoor meetings of up to 15 people in comfort. Cater a lunch or bring potluck and serve from our fully equipped kitchen. Wall space is available for Powerpoint presentations, with several options for seating.

Weddings: Get married only feet from the water. Enjoy the privacy of eight acres and room for your rehearsal, wedding, reception, and party. Team up with Lefty's Rent-a-Tent for immaculate accomodations and let us help you find all the services you need.

Reunions: Enjoy your family reunion in style with room to spare. Room to sleep 10 in the cabin with all the campers and tents you can invite. Enjoy an evening bonfire and have your party catered by any number of local restaraunts.

Retreats: Schedule a day or overnight retreat for your business staff, your clients, or potential customers. Use Wabana as a base for discussions, meals, sleeping and exploring Itasca County and all it has to offer.

Getaways: By the weekend or week, come to relax, plan strategy, reward your staff.

Parties of just about any type: Gals and guys nights or weekends out, graduations, wedding rehearsal dinners, business gatherings, spring flings, fall bashes, Christmas, Valentine's Day, you name it, we can help you plan and enjoy your stay.

Pricing for day events is as follows:

Up to 15 people for a single day indoor or outdoor event of up to 12 hours: $50 day use plus $6 per person, plus tax.

Up to 50 people for a single day outdoor event of up to 12 hours: $150 day use plus $5 per person, plus tax. A single outdoor toilet will be provided free of charge. Add $75 for up to 24 hour use.

Up to 100 people for a single day outdoor event of up to 12 hours: $250 day use plus $4 per person, plus tax. Up to two outdoor toilets will be provided free of charge. Add $125 for up to 24 hour use.

Larger Parties and Special Arrangements are possible, please call for additional information and to discuss your event.

Longer group event periods are available for a nominal fee. Event use included a finished 24x30 garage with concrete floor, additional refrigerator, and marked parking areas.

Tours of Birch Haven are available at any time, it is best to call and schedule before you come out. Additional contract terms for day use apply. Vacation package pricing and specials do not apply to Event and Day Use reservations.
