Eagle Point Rental is a comfortable furnished split entry 3-bedroom home. Upstairs you'll find a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room, and 1/2 bath. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, stove, built-in oven, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, and every required kitchen tool you'll need for even the biggest meals. Dine formally or any way you please, looking over the lake or watching TV. The living room includes sofa, love seat, and chair as well as end and coffee tables. Enjoy a book from the bookshelf or play a game with the kids.

Downstairs you'll find a full bath with shower and tub, three bedrooms and an overflow bunk area. The master bedroom has a double bed with closets and night stand. The SE bedroom has a twin/double bunk that can sleep up to three with a closet and dresser. The NW bedroom has a twin bunk that sleeps two along with a dresser and closet. The overflow area has a twin bunk that will sleep two more, for a total of nine in the beds. Along with the couch and love seat upstairs you can sleep 11 total in the house.
